🥹Moving day

Sadly, it’s time to say goodbye to Jericho for now. I’m currently on my second morning here, and I’d rather not risk a £25 fine for overstaying, so it’s time to move on. I’ll head out and see if I can find a water point to top up the tanks. Fuel is still low, though I haven’t dipped into the jerrycan yet—and the fuel boat should be back soon.

Progress was slow today with so many boats moored up along the way, but I eventually managed to find a spot at Wolvercote, just on the outskirts of Oxford. I’ll only be staying here for the night—it’s not the cleanest area, and it seems like nobody around here bothers to clean up after their dogs!

The batteries are now fully charged after the short cruise, though solar isn’t doing much with the overcast skies. Planning to take it easy this evening and get another load of washing done. The boat’s definitely looking tidier—housework is mostly sorted. I’ve still got to finish the bathroom, but that can wait until morning.

Now it’s time to figure out where to head next
