What a great night that was, I can see why my cousin lives in the marina, lovely bar, clean facilities and great community. As i’m moored alongside Tesco, it would be rude not to top up on supplies. I don’t think i have seen a larger Tesco store, it was massive!
Shopping done time to decide where to go next. Either head onto the Kennett & Avon canal, head into London or return to the Oxford canal…….tough call thats for sure but i will be heading back towards Oxford. Do not fancy the Caen Hill flight of locks on the K&A which is a flight of 29 locks 😳
Once back on the Oxford i can then start to rewire the electrics, dont ask as i’ll cover that in another post. With temp due to hit 32-34’ i think i’ll stay another night.
