One of the best way’s to learn about canal life is YouTube for which you will have a large number of channels to choose from. It seems all the new boaters want to get a channel, you’ll be thankfully that i won’t be!!
So i thought I would give you a run down on some of the channels out there:
David is probably one of the most popular channels for boating, softly spoken and you’ll find it very easy to get yourself hooked with his in depth Vlogs.
Liz, Paul & Ernie the dog have been cruising for over 2 years and their Vlog features a mix of laughter, local history along with walks oh and Ernie’s adventures ! Post image is Paul & Ernie.
3: Boat Life
Wes & Amie are a young couple who live and work on their boat.
He’s a funny fella, says it as it is, if you get what i mean. Very DIY orientated especially engines certainly worth watching for mechanical tips – Oh he also love golf – Filthy thumbs up!!
Heidi is another well known and loved vlogger, she has recently purchase a new boat to replace the Rum Wench.
Those channels are sone of my favourites, listed in no particular order. Have a watch and get the bug!
